**Reminder:
Parents make sure your child has their DTAP vaccinations.
It is required to have DTAP up- to- date to attend RMS.
Registration Requirements: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Record , Verification of grade placement, Physical if from another state other than Virginia, and Legal Custodial Papers.
